HONOR DAILY CHECK-IN CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction

    HONOR DAILY CHECK-IN CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”) is organized by Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”). This Campaign will run from 7th July 2020, 00:00 (GMT +8) to 31st July 2020, 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). Organiser reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

    In order to participate in this Campaign, participants (“Participant(s)”) must be:

    1. A HiHonor registered user on HiHonor Online Store (https://www.hihonor.com/my/ ) (“HiHonor Online Store”);
    2. A resident in Malaysia; and
    3. Eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 7th July 2020.

    a) Daily Check-in & Grab Vouchers

    1. This “Daily Check-in & Grab Vouchers” event will run from 7th July 2020, 12:00 AM (GMT+8) until 31st July 2020, 11:59 PM (GMT+8) (“Daily Check-in Period”).
    2. Customer will receive 5 Points (“Points”) in his/her HiHonor Online Store account for each day that he/she login to his/her HiHonor Online Store account using the Check-in link (https://www.hihonor.com/my/daily-check-in.html) on the Daily Check-in event page (https://www.hihonor.com/my/daily-check-in.html) during the Daily Check-in Period.
    3. The Points will be allocated to the Customer’s HiHonor Online Store account automatically upon login according to paragraph 3.3 above.
    4. Customers who have accumulated sufficient Points can use their accumulated Points to redeem any of the following Check-in Vouchers according to the corresponding Minimum Points Required set out in table below during the Daily Check-in Period: -

    6. Points will be deducted automatically from accumulated points of the Customer’s HiHonor Online Store account upon receipt of the Check-in Vouchers redeemed. Any Points not used within the Daily Check-in Period will expire and lapse automatically.
    7. Check-in Vouchers will be credited automatically into eligible Customer’s HiHonor Online Store in the “Coupon” section under “My Account”.
    8. Check-in Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other flash deals, slash deals or any other voucher of Organiser.
    9. Only one (1) Check-in Voucher can be used in a single transaction (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
    10. Check-in Vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
    11. Each Customer of the same HiHonor Online Store account can receive a maximum of one (1) Check-in Voucher for each type, provided that Customer has accumulated sufficient Points.
    12. Check-in Voucher is valid from 7th July 2020 to 31st July 2020 only. Any Check-in Voucher not used by 31st July 2020 will be forfeited and cease to have any effect.
    13. All Check-in Voucher is only valid for one-time use.
    14. The Check-in Voucher is applicable for the purchase made on HiHonor Online Store only.


    b) Login & Get free Vouchers

    1. This Login & Get Free Vouchers event will run from 7th July 2020, 12:00 AM (GMT+8) until 31st July 2020, 11:59 PM (GMT+8) (“Login Vouchers Period”).
    2. Customer who logs into his/her HiHonor Online Store account during the Login Vouchers Period for the first time, will receive one (1) unit of each of the following vouchers (“Login Voucher(s)”): -

    4. Login Vouchers will be credited automatically into eligible Customer’s Hihonor Online Store account in the “Coupon” section under “My Account”.
    5. Login Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with flash deals, slash deals or any other voucher.
    6. Only one (1) Login Voucher can be used in a single transaction (i.e. for the entire shopping cart comprising that transaction).
    7. Login Vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
    8. Each Customer can receive a maximum of one (1) Login Voucher of each type throughout the Login Vouchers Period.
    9. Login Voucher is valid from 7st July 2020 to 31st July 2020 only. Any Login Voucher not used by 31st July 2020 will be forfeited and cease to have any effect.
    10. All Login Voucher is only valid for one-time use.
    11. The Login Voucher is applicable for the purchase made on Hihonor Online Store only.


    c) Review & Win

    1. This Review and Win event will run from 7th July 2020, 12.00AM (GMT+8) to 4th August 2020, 11.59PM (GMT+8) (“Review & Win Period”).
    2. A total of two (2) units of Design Pouch(s) and six (6) units of Design Watch Badges (‘RW Prize(s)’) are available to be won under this Review and Win event.
    3. By leaving a review for the HONOR Magicbook 14 or HONOR MagicWatch 2 on the relevant product page on the HiHonor Online Store during the Review & Win Period, Customers will stand a chance to win either a Design Pouch or a Design Watch Badge.
    4. To leave a review for the HONOR Magicbook 14 or HONOR MagicWatch 2, the Customer must within the Review & Win Period: -
      1. have a registered account with HiHonor Online Store and login to HiHonor Online Store.
      2. Complete the purchase of one (1) unit of HONOR Magicbook 14 or HONOR MagicWatch 2 from HiHonor Online Store; and
      3. Submit a review for the purchased HONOR Magicbook 14/HONOR MagicWatch 2 on their relevant product page on the HiHonor Online Store.
    5. Each review completed according to paragraph 3.28 above will qualify as one (1) entry for this Review and Win event.
    6. Each Customer will be entitled to a maximum of one (1) entry only for this Review and Win event.
    7. Winners of the RW Prize will be selected by a random draw by Organiser from the eligible entries. Decisions of Organiser are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
    8. Each (1) Customer with the same registered account with HiHonor Online Store can win a maximum of one (1) unit of RW Prize only throughout the Review & Win Period.
    9. Winners of the RW Prize will be contacted via their registered email address (as registered with HiHonor Online Store) by 10th August 2020 to confirm the delivery address for delivery of the RW Prize (“Notification Email”). Winners of the RW Prize will be reminded by a call from Organiser via their registered contact number (as registered with HiHonor Online Store) in the event that the winner of RW Prize fails to respond to the Notification Email by 15th August 2020. All winners of RW Prize are required to reply to this Notification Email by 20th August 2020 at the latest with their delivery address details, without changing the subject line. Failure to reply to the Notification Email with delivery address details by 20th August 2020 will be deemed as the winner’s forfeiture of the RW Prize and the RW Prize can be awarded by the Organiser to the next most eligible Customer.
    10. All RW Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items, and are non-transferable.
    11. All RW Prizes are not covered by warranty.
    12. All RW Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the RW Prize with another of equivalent value.

    d) Subscribe & Win

    1. This Subscribe & Win event will run from 21st July 2020, 12.00AM (GMT+8) to 23rd July 2020, 11.59PM (GMT+8) (“Subscribe & Win Period”).
    2. A total of three (3) units of HONOR Flypods Lite and five (5) units of HONOR Mini Speaker (“SW Prize(s)”) are available to be won under this Subscribe and Win event.
    3. Customers who subscribe to the Honor Newsletter during the Subscribe & Win Period on the HONOR Daily Check-in Campaign page (https://www.hihonor.com/my/daily-check-in.html) will stand a chance to win the SW Prize.
    4. Each subscription completed according to paragraph 3.39 above will qualify as one (1) entry for this Subscribe and Win event.
    5. Winners will be selected by a random draw by Organiser from the eligible entries received during the Subscribe & Win Period. Decisions of Organiser are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
    6. Each (1) Customer with the same registered account with HiHonor Online Store stands a chance to win a maximum of one (1) unit of SW Prize only throughout the Subscribe & Win Period.
    7. Winners of the SW Prize will be contacted via their registered email address (as registered with HiHonor Online Store) by 29th July 2020 to confirm the delivery address for delivery of the SW Prize (“Notification Email”). Winners of the SW Prize will be reminded by a call from Organiser via their registered contact number (as registered with HiHonor Online Store) in the event that the winner of SW Prize fails to respond to the Notification Email by 3rd August 2020. All winners of SW Prize are required to reply to this Notification Email by 8th August 2020 at the latest with their delivery address details, without changing the subject line. Failure to reply to the Notification Email with delivery address details by 8th August 2020 will be deemed as the winner’s forfeiture of the SW Prize and the SW Prize can be awarded by the Organiser to the next most eligible Customer.

    General

    1. The Customer agrees and provides consent to Organiser to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Customer for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organiser for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign.
    2. By providing the personal data, Customer indicates that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Organiser’s Privacy Policy stated at https://www.hihonor.com/my/cmsContent?key=web_cms_privacy. The Customer agrees that Organiser and/or its agent and/or its third party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign.
    3. In the event any prizes,free gifts, or vouchers are being given to the Customer having provided false or mistaken identity or information, Organiser shall have the right to revoke the Customer’s eligibility for the said prizes or vouchers.
    4. By participating in the Campaign, Customers agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and Organiser’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Organiser reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.
    5. In accepting the prize, free gifts, or voucher, the winner(s) agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant Organiser a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
    6. Organiser assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.
    7. Organiser shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.
    8. The Customer agrees to discharge and release Organiser from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or to the Customer’s entry in the Campaign.
    9. The Customer further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or to the Customer’s entry in the Campaign.
    10. Without prejudice to the foregoing:- (i) save where otherwise prohibited by law, in no event shall Organiser be liable to any party including the Customer for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if Organiser were advised of the possibility of such damages; and (ii) if Organiser is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, Organiser’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.
    11. By entering into this Campaign and any events therein, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Organiser and the Organiser’s group of companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organiser due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.
    12. If Customers are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, Organiser reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.
    13. This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
