How do I cancel my Order?

Log in to your account and click on "My Orders" section under “Member Icon”. Select the order you wish to cancel and proceed further. You can also get in touch with us and we’ll help you out with order cancellation. Please note that we only accept the order cancellation request until it has not shipped from our warehouse.

Can I exchange my product with a different color?

No, you cannot exchange your product with a different color. We do not allow exchange of products with another product, variant or color.

I placed an order by mistake. Can I cancel it?

You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Any amount paid will be refunded back to the same mode as was chosen by you to make the payment.

Please note we do not accept the order cancellation request once your order has been shipped. In case delivery is attempted, we request you to deny acceptance if you do not wish to keep the product.

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?

If you have cancelled your order or it is undelivered due to some logistics issues, we will initiate the refund of your prepaid order once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

What should I do if the product I have received is damaged?

If the product you purchased is damaged or not working properly, notify the hotline operator on the call, register your complaint and start an appeal procedure for replacing. Following are the scenarios for replacement:

  1. Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)
  2. Product defect found in 10 days upon receiving.

Once your complaint request has been approved, our courier company will pick up the package within 5-7 working days.

After we receive the product, the product will go under inspection and the final decision on the replacement and return of the goods shall be made after quality check. Warranty shall be void if the Customer fails to comply with all of the terms set forth.

Who would bear the shipping charges in case I am returning my package?

We would bear the cost of shipping charges if you are returning the product because of technical reasons i.e. failure or defect
